The main reason of this happened is due to we don't have the funds to pay the server bills at the moment.
There are 36 servers, totaling $1,700, and our bank account is currently empty. (The currency from USD to MYR is around RM 7650)
It might take some time to settle this. Thank you for your understanding and support.

The service had returned to Normal but it was still under the grade of "Downgraded Performance" We were only able to pay for 9 server bills.😥
