We regret to inform you that CheerVision VOD is currently experiencing a severe disruption due to multiple hard drive failures on our servers, resulting in 71% significant data loss.

Our technical team is working tirelessly to repair the damage and upload the data to new servers to restore the service.

🟢[Service Performance Update - CheerVision TV+ & CheerVision VOD]

Incident Report:

The main reason of this happened is due to we don't have the funds to pay the server bills at the moment.

There are 36 servers, totaling $1,700, and our bank account is currently empty. (The currency from USD to MYR is around RM 7650)

It might take some time to settle this. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Incident Latest Update:

The service had returned to Normal but it was still under the grade of "Downgraded Performance" We were only able to pay for 9 server bills. 😥

We still trying our best to pay the bill as we can. Thank you for your understanding and support.

1) Donations/Contributions helped to pay for 1 server.
2) CV+ Admins paid for 35 servers.

😇 Improved the overall experience by expanding the bandwidth

Dear users, This morning's server maintenance was successfully completed, and everything is now running smoothly.

If you experience any issues such as a black screen or being unable to access content, please contact our customer support team. We will arrange for our technical team to look into it as soon as possible.

We have also expanded the server bandwidth by an additional 8Gbps, bringing the total to 58Gbps. This means we can accommodate more users and significantly reduce lag during peak hours.
