We contacted the DC and Trying to solve the issue ASAP.
Another reason was there was a lot of unauthorized access from other applications that stealing our media.

Is the international issues due to one of the submarine having issues.
Any data from Asia to EU or USA might have high ping or lost packets.
We had contacted the DC they are working on & we ourselves also rerouting you nearest and better Nodes. So, please understand. Thanks again.

We experienced an outage during this period due to routine maintenance at our data center, which included replacing some faulty hardware. As part of this maintenance, we also implemented service improvements to better serve you in the future.
