Cheeleers, this happened finally! Now you can pay both with a card and make purchases via P2P (peer-to-peer) on the Marketplace

And here are some instructions...

P2P payment 🤗

1️⃣On the card with the product choose "Payment by P2P". The external payment system page opens, where you can select the currency in which the transfer will be made
2️⃣Choose a payment system that is suitable from among the available ones - the payment details will appear on the screen
3️⃣Open your own banking application and submit a transfer
4️⃣You should attach a receipt or a screen so that the operator can manually identify the payment
5️⃣Press "Payment complete" and then you are automatically redirected back to the Marketplace

Payment by card 💳

1️⃣Choose "Pay by card". The external payment system page opens with EUR currency. You can pay by a card with another currency with the conversion of your currency to EUR at the rate of the issuing bank
2️⃣Enter your email and confirm it (this is necessary for the payment provider in case of disputes over the payment);
3️⃣Enter your address data (it is important to provide up-to-date data, otherwise the transaction will be blocked by the anti-fraud system of the bank or provider)
4️⃣Enter the card details and 3DS code (SMS sent by the bank)
5️⃣Next, you are redirected back to the Marketplace page. If everything is successful, NFTs will be in your stock; if the transaction was rejected by the bank, then the money will not be debited, and the NFT will not be received

When paying with a card or via p2p, 3% is added to the price - this is a commission to the provider

What are suspicious actions?

🚫 using third-party tools
❌ using multiple accounts
👀 using other frauds to bypass the rules of the platform

We can mark the user as a fraud in any case, if it looks that the user is cheating.

Any user who believes that we marked them as a fraud unfairly can write to the support team to solve this problem

‼️ After contacting us, we reserve the right to: remove the fraud mark from the user or keep them as a fraudster without explaining the reason.

Our team has sufficient data to detect fraudsters and strives to secure our platform and all honest users 💪
