I asked SBI customer care whether they have chat support, and they said they couldn't confirm it.
Then I told them I couldn't find any official SBI email ID on the YONO SBI app, but I found one through Google and asked them to simply confirm whether it was an official SBI email address.
They said they can't confirm that either.💀
If SBI customer support can't even confirm their own official email ID, then what exactly are they there to help with? 🤦♂️

I think I’m living in a matrix world created by insane people. 🚲
Since I was a child, life has felt like a curse. I’ve felt trapped since I was 4 years old. One of my earliest memories is being in a playpen, caged in a limited space with no way to escape.🥀
But nowadays, things feel the same. I’m 39 now, and I see people busy everywhere, all the time.
They don’t look truly happy and seem almost unconscious. They work sadly for pieces of paper, watch TV or scroll through social media, and talk about things that feel completely useless.📱 💰
When I see them trying so hard just to feel alive, I remember my playpen… and somehow feel grateful that I managed to escape from it. 🕊️
