I'm in need of some guidance.
I'm new to the world of AI; BUT I'm very much fascinated by the the term 'Singularity'. I want to contribute to the world in this area and genuinely want to make this world a better place for human kind via singularity.

I have basic to intermediate knowledge of Python and fair learning in ML modules like sk-learn & tensorflow.

I know I'm pretty much a baby in this area however I want to train myself to be able to realise my dream.

I have these questions:
1. How shall I move forward?
2. What projects can I do for practice?
3. What projects are available in real time and how to find them?
4. What path can I follow to contribute in achieving singularity?

I understand that Bloom is open-source equivalent of GPT3.

I understand that you can download the model and then use it. But the model is big, so you can't just host that on Heroku with a cheap plan.

Are there any places that already host Bloom and you can use the model from the given place through some API? If there are, are they free? If they are free, who does pay for the compute?
