As we approach the mainnet launch on 20th Feb, there is a lot of attention and interest towards the project. It also invites lots of scamsters to steal the Pi coins from the innocent users.

So Pls do not share your pi wallet passphrase to anyone else and do not share it in any other websites. Passphrase is a key to your wallet and anybody can access and steal your Pi coins if they know your passphrase.

Also If you lose your passphrase then you can't recover your coins in the wallet. So pls ensure you save it separately.

Pls enable fingerprint access for your wallet so that u can enter the wallet quickly and retrieve the passphrase later from the settings menu.

Those who are stuck in the last step for coin migration to their wallet, Try this..

goto profile> change password(update).. signout and signin again with the new password and it gets migrated within half an hour.

If you are stuck in Tentative Approval or migration in queue for longer time pls follow below steps

1. Go to Phone settings, apps, Pi, Pi Browser and clear cache. Only cache not storage.
2. Update your Pi ,there is a new version available
3. Signout from menu , profile and login again once with Facebook and once with phone number.
4. If your login password not changed for more than 6 months, pls update your login password 🔑.
5. Create ticket in support Portal using KYC, email help attach screenshot.
6. Finish liveness check whenever prompted.

How to transfer Pi coins from your Pi wallet to Bitget account.

After downloading the bitget app go to the home page > Add Funds > deposit crypto > search Pi > copy the deposit address code

Then go to Pi wallet > click Pay/request/ then click manually add wallet address and paste the deposit address code copied from Bitget > click send > click confirm and it will be successfully transferred to your bitget app assets.

Try to send one Pi coin to test it. Once you receive the coin successfully to your bitget app, u can transfer the remaining coins and wait for the listing day to trade.
