How I Keep My Risk Management Simple Yet Effective ‼️

My strategy is very straightforward — my risk management depends mainly on two things:

👉 “Leverage and Exits”. That’s it.

I use high leverage only in BTC and ETH trades, and low leverage in Altcoin trades.

WHAT’S THE BENEFIT ? 👀

Let’s say I use 25x leverage in BTC with a take profit (TP) target of 4%.
Now, the movement of candles in BTC is not as volatile as altcoins.

Because of this, the chances of winning are higher in riskier setups when compared to trading alts with similar leverage.

On the other hand, when I trade altcoins, I stick to 5x–10x leverage only.

🔹 Here’s why❓— if I take a trade with 10x leverage on an altcoin and we hit a stop loss (SL) of 5%, that’s a 50% loss in that trade (10x * 5% = 50%).

But in the next trade, if I take a BTC position with 25x leverage, even a 2% move in my favor can recover that 50% loss completely 🤝

That’s how I manage and balance my overall risk — by adjusting leverage smartly based on the asset type and volatility.

It’s a simple yet effective approach.

Don’t celebrate your wins unless you’re actually booking profits. Always book partial profits at different levels, as I always recommend.

When I say high leverage, I’m referring to 25x–30x, but that’s because I’m a professional trader with years of in-depth experience.
I understand the calculations and money management behind every single trade, down to the smallest detail.

However, for most of you, even 10x is considered very high leverage.
It can blow up your portfolio if the market goes against your plan, even slightly.

So please, DO NOT follow my leverage style 🙏

I’m able to use it because I know how to control and manage my risk perfectly.

1️⃣ Use a maximum of 5x leverage for altcoins
2️⃣ Use a maximum of 10x leverage for BTC/ETH

That’s it. Nothing beyond that.

Bitcoin has finally broken below its 4-month support zone. I had anticipated this move earlier, which is why I mentioned in my previous BTC long call that it was a risky trade and should be taken with proper risk management.

Now, I’m focusing on the Bull Support at the Weekly 50 EMA. If BTC reaches my limit long zone, we could see a strong bounce from that area.

There’s a high probability that Bitcoin will soon revisit the $100K–$102K range. All the best.

It is breaking down from a Rising Wedge pattern, which is typically a bearish signal.

If the Daily candle closes below the 60% dominance level, it could confirm a potential breakdown — likely triggering a significant rally in altcoins.
