In the Arctic Conference in Murmansk Putin warns of growing competition for Arctic supremacy and the Northern Sea Route from Russia to Asia Pacific, through the Arctic.

Ofcourse there will be red herrings thrown in like Climate Change, Denmark, minerals, geopolitics, international conflict...

Could there be something more than meets the eye? Are they trying to investigate Hyperborea now?, as the ice cover is at its lowest?
