Here is a list of weather related patents from GeoEngineering Watch. By my count, on this list, there are 322US patents since 1891. Take the time to look through the list and note the dates and then track back in your mind to weather catastrophes in the US. Keep in mind, these are only US patents.

I have been compiling a weather event timeline including the patents. This is an example. I am not pointing fingers or accusing, just sharing. Keep in mind the patents before 2021. As I looked through the patent list, it seems that upgrades/improvements were made as time went on.
