Just had a thought. Dolly Parton Imagination Library sends children in a certain age range free books ever so often. I have thought in the past this would be another excellent way to track children without any effort. What parent wouldn’t want free books for their child. I haven’t researched it. This is off the top of my head but knowing what we know.....just sayin. This is most likely a comm.
