Smith-Mundt, originally passed in 1948 (funny, same year [israel] became an ILLEGAL "state") to counter [cia] Operation Mockingbird propaganda that was ONLY to be used to effect regime change in other than in the US.
The 1948 Smith- Mundt Act was dusted off and rewritten in support of the filthy [kenyan]'s ILLEGAL 2012 NDAA in 2013, and subsequently was passed by our ILLEGAL [congress], controlled by demoFRAUDS at the time. Election FRAUD then, too.

So the Federal Government is literally using a terrorism drone mystery psyop against you to manipulate Congress into passing the new H.R.8610 (Counter-UAS Authority Security, Safety, and Reauthorization Act of 2024) which will include appropriations and enhanced government powers to control you, and they're even going so far as to use it to push for acts of war against other countries.
