We have all been touched by music in one way or another. It has the unique ability to bypass the brain and impact the heart. It can shift our energy and lift our emotions up or down. Music can even be a medicine. I think it is very important to look at all genres of music. It would be easy to assume that water only likes classical music or John Lennon when looking at Emoto’s work, and that it hates heavy metal. I think it is highly likely that whoever used heavy metal in his experiments, didn’t like it. But assuming that water is choosing a musical genre puts it in a box, and suggests it is in judgement, which I happen to disagree with, and has not been my observation. We are all bodies of water with different musical tastes. For all my crystallography using music, I’d place my petri dish of water beside the speaker, choose a song and push play. I’d then leave the room, return after the song finished, and freeze using my short term freezing method.

Lions on a coat of arms, are steeped in history and powerful symbolism. The lion has been a common charge in heraldry since its earliest development in the 12th century. The majestic creature has traditionally symbolised courage, nobility, royalty, strength, stateliness and valour. This is due to the lion's historical association with royalty, being regarded as the "king of beasts".
