My mind went to HAARP. I checked my file on weather related patents. The earliest I have for producing rain fall is 1891 but, I am wondering if this was a test run or if there is an earlier patent. If you have one let me know.

The creation of Standard Oil and the assassination of James A. Garfield are both red flags to me. Why was this flood not mentioned in significant events? If it is being somewhat compared to the "Great Flood" you would think that it would be listed.
