So let's talk about these two partners in the OIACI. Let me tell you a story.....

Once upon a time, in the land called Ohio, there were many small communities that did not have public wastewater infrastructure; these communities relied on septic tanks. In order to make sure that they got the highest number of "points" in grant applications, the County Board of Commissioners got the EPA involved for soil testing to confirm that the soil was contaminated to further their cause. Many of these communities sit on former farmland and the "pollutants" identified were in many cases residual. Because the state and local government have the absolutely best interest of the people at heart, grant funds were made available to install public wastewater infrastructure. But, in the end, MUCH of the cost was put on the people in the way of increased property taxes and exorbitant monthly fees. (It's ONLY $6,000 per property and will be allocated over multiple years on your property taxes they said) The people rose up but, in the maritime court of law, the EPA (see recent Chevron Act overturn) said that the show must go on at a cost to the people.

As of 2023, 343 CRITICAL water/sewer infrastructure projects were completed. HOW MANY OF YOU OUT THERE HAVE HAD A WATER/SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALL/UPGRADE IN YOUR COMMUNITY? There is something going on here. The partnership with Israel (you know, the world leader in water technologies) makes me really curious.
