Ku Klux Klan Act also known as the Enforcement Act of 1871, Third Enforcement Act, Third Force Act, or Civil Rights Act of 1871 explicitly involves the military.

▪️Authorization for military deployment
▪️Suspension of habeas corpus
▪️Martial law and enforcement

Key Military-Related Provisions

Section 3 states that when insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combinations, or conspiracies in a state obstruct laws or deprive people of constitutional rights (and state authorities fail or refuse to protect those rights), the President has the duty to suppress them "by the employment of the militia or the land and naval forces of the United States, or of either, or by other means, as he may deem necessary." Arrested persons are to be turned over to U.S. marshals.

Section 4 deems such armed, powerful combinations a "rebellion" against the U.S. if they defy authorities or if authorities are complicit. It authorizes the President (after a dispersal proclamation) to suspend the writ of habeas corpus in proclaimed areas if public safety requires it, to aid suppression. This power was time-limited (until the end of the next congressional session) and incorporated safeguards from the 1863 Habeas Corpus Act.

President Ulysses S. Grant invoked these powers, most notably in October 1871 in nine South Carolina counties plagued by Klan violence.

📌This is a posturing move as I stated earlier. It is the set up of a narrative to make the general public believe that ICE is unlawfully entering 501(c)(3) organizations (aka churches).

However...

👉🏻Per the 501(c)(3) exemptions and requirements an organization must be organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3), and none of its earnings may inure to any private shareholder or individual.
💥In addition,👉🏻 IT MAY NOT BE AN ACTION ORGANIZATION, i.e., it may not attempt to influence legislation as a substantial part of its activities and it may not participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates. Perhaps Trump and the military knew that claiming sanctuary would be a tactic used by the deep state to circumvent military action and protect bad actors but, [their] exemption requirements for 501(c)(3) organizations specifically state “it may not be an action organization”.

Is this soft disclosure about the operations behind the re-legion in the church? Is this a checkmate? I don’t know but it is getting interesting.
