This is a huge story.

Trump is reclaiming Executive Authority under the Constitution.

The State Department under the Executive Branch, gets to decide which countries get foreign aid and they get to track that money.

Unelected bureaucrats don’t get to freely spend taxpayers money.

Congress doesn’t get to create large NGO’s that allow them to dole out taxpayers money to “individuals” and countries they favor, in order to corrupt governments and launder money.

USAID was set up by the CIA in order to launder money, corrupt governments and start color revolutions against elected governments that they didn’t control.

The Federal Government is filled with these NGO’s that are supposedly “independent,” but there is no such thing in government.

This decision will finally protect the meaning and value of American citizenship.

Too many people assume that past decisions are set in stone and that the constant media narrative is the truth.

The Constitution CLEARLY states that there are TWO requirements for a person born in the United States to be a citizen.

“The United States is one of roughly 30 countries, including Canada and Mexico, that offer automatic citizenship to nearly everyone born there. Birthright citizenship was added to the Constitution in 1868 when the 14th Amendment was adopted following the Civil War. The section of that amendment known as the citizenship clause provides that “[a]ll persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

The two conditions for birthright citizenship are that you have to be born in the United States AND (key word) SUBJECT to the jurisdiction of the United States.

If your parents aren’t citizens of the United States, then they are SUBJECTS of some other country and so are their children, whether they are born in the United States or not.

This decision is set to come down some time in June, right before the 250 year anniversary celebration of our country.

~T edit: And, don't forget, the 14th Amendment was never properly ratified as per the original 1789 Constitution for the United States. I am personally looking forward to this ruling. We are getting very close to the public learning that the original 1789 Constitution, the law of the land, is very different than the 1874 [crown] Maritime Constitution, and are very different......this could be what opens the door.
