JUST IN: The FAA has issued a Temporary Flight Restriction over Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport following the crash of UPS 2976. Only "relief aircraft operations" are allowed within a 5-mile radius until 7 a.m. ET Wednesday.

There will be a press conference on the Louisville, Kentucky plane crash at 7:30 p.m. ET.
