Their days pulling their stunts are O.V.E.R.
They won't want to hear it, but it's true.

For example, there will be no more violent protests at ICE facilities complete with lighting fires, painting grafitti, throwing rocks, blocking entrances to impede them coming and going, assauting officers, etc. That's all a thing of the past.

Gone are the days of catch and release with cashless bail applied by the local yokel keystone cops who hold no one to account, and work in coordination with local prosecutors & judges to essentially let everyone off the hook to reoffend time & again.

The Federal Govt can now, and will I suspect, legit round everyone up bit by bit and charge them with federal charges, try them in federal courts, and the send them to federal prisons.

One does not come back from being designated as a domestic terrorist outfit.

In short, being designated as such immediately involes the entire organization, eveerysingle member, being targeted by the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division.

All the math has changed.

Our First Amendment protections, in this case 'speech', only restrains the Gov't (save for extreme cases) from restricting, or impeding against, someone's speech...it doesn't mean that you can't be held to account for what you choose to say by other citizens or businesses holding people to account accordingly.

And yes, celebrating people being murdered, and therefore encouraging more of it to happen, iif not outright calling for it, puts anyone that chooses to go there at risk of being called to the mat for it.
