Short story written by one of the students at Chance education center (Nargiza)
No pain, no gain
The proverb conveys that we can never succeed if we don’t do anything difficult. A person who sits idle always faces a failure. As no prey can enter the mouth of sleeping lion. If a person works hard and never gives up trying the best, he succeeds in every single thing that he dreams about.
Even though, the farmer ploughs the ground, and makes the soil moist, plucks out the weeds, protects the crops from insects, finally he arrives at a good harvest. If the farmer doesn’t go through all process and doesn’t do them all systematically, he never gets a good harvest. He never drops the seed on the land and expects to get a good crop.
Similar to this, the students have to read as many books as possible to widen their knowledge and to get IELTS or to get admitted to university. Just buying an expensive book and sitting idle don’t mean that a person is knowledgeable and successful. A person who does nothing can never get a higher qualification, he just wastes his time. The great inventors and billionaires worked hard on themselves while other people were asleep. We can arrive at a good harvest when we never stop working.
So, there is always a bright day behind painful work.
