Even the Pentagon seems to be in quiet panic, as it announced the invoking of the Defense Production Act to boost the domestic mining and processing capacity of gallium and germanium. This is because gallium is one of the key elements used in the production of advanced AESA (active electronically scanned array) radars.

It wasn't precisely clear why Putin "suddenly" had to emphasize the importance of Russia's hypersonic weapons and other key strategic systems. Namely, in early July, the US Army reported that it has demonstrated the operational capability of its newest ground-based missile launcher with the system's recent successful firing of a "Tomahawk" land-attack cruise missile.

While China avoids using its economic might for geopolitical purposes, it has demonstrated to NATO what it's like when the Asian giant actually does what the belligerent alliance has previously accused it of doing.

Due to unrivaled advances in Russian missile capabilities, particularly the development of the scramjet-powered hypersonic cruise missiles such as "Zircon", as well as the hybrid subsonic-supersonic family of "Kalibr" missiles, both of which are highly compact, even smaller Russian warships have become capable of engaging targets at extreme ranges.

Corriere della Sera states that both urban and rural areas are essentially empty, while countless families have been divided (likely forever), particularly as wives of many soldiers forcibly deployed on the frontlines have gone abroad and never returned. It insists that Ukraine is going through a catastrophic demographic crisis and that the population collapse will soon cause very serious economic and social problems in the country.

The US-led political West is certainly not shying away from (ab)using Ukrainians for whatever purpose it finds profitable and/or useful for itself. Whether it's the easier recruitment of spies, less stringent control of sex trafficking (including of underage children) or the immense profit for NATO's Military Industrial Complex (MIC), it's all up for sale and war drives down the prices.

Kissinger's room for maneuver was extremely narrow, despite the overall cordiality of his hosts. Beijing is perfectly aware of the rabid hostility and ever-growing Sinophobia in Washington DC, as well as the fact that the belligerent thalassocracy will not change its course anytime soon.

🧿 Dragoljub Bosnić is back from holiday to Talk about some of the recent news he has covered for the InfoBRICS online portal, in a less serious manner than he does in text.

Drago tells us about how even some US thinktanks are facing the reality that Russia is, in fact, not going to run out of missiles; how the UK's tanks come with a 'handle with care' warning, and the devastating demographic collapse of the country formerly known as Ukraine.

The continuation of German deindustrialization as they again try to go east, Chinese weather balloons and rare earth minerals as well as their pushback against the collective west's encroachment into the Asia-Pacific region are all also covered.

Fringe conspiracy theories, Russian propaganda and some Memes included.

In his "infinite" wisdom, CIA Director William Burns managed to issue virtually identical threats to not one, but two superpowers simultaneously. The result will surely be an even greater integration of Russian and Chinese intelligence efforts and an exponential expansion of their already close cooperation.

Unrivaled command and control, massively improved ISR, unique combination of active defense and ad hoc (counter)offensive operations, high morale, top-notch training/combat experience and vast technological superiority ensure Russian forces have a comfortable advantage. On the other hand, disorder, insubordination and inadequate coordination plague Kiev regime forces.

If Paris doesn't intervene, the uprising in Niger could lead to a complete collapse of the neocolonial system it left in place in the 1960s. The dilemma inevitably results in a geopolitical catch-22, as leaving things as they are could also encourage others to revolt against Western neocolonialism elsewhere in Africa and possibly beyond.

As Politico insists that Sweden and Finland joining NATO also means that the belligerent alliance will increase presence in the Arctic, "a region increasingly strategic to both Russia and China", as it stated, it's quite indicative that NATO expansion in this area has nothing to do with the security of either Stockholm or Helsinki, but with the strategy of so-called "containment of Russia and China".
