How Promo Codes Work - Directly from Support
The app tracks net transfers from the moment user enters a promo code in their app. To start off, their net transfers will be $0 once the code is entered. Once they activate the promo, they usually have 10 days to transfer coins (though this depends on the promo code).
Now there are 2 different types of promo codes, the first type could require one or a couple of specific coins to be transferred (such as USDC20) and in this case, the app will only take into account USDC transfers and withdrawals. If the total net balance remains above $2000 in USDC within 30 days, that user will successfully receive the reward.
The second type of promo code is triggered by any coin transfer such as DNS (the requirement is to keep $200 net transfers for 30 days). An example of this case would be if the user transferred $250 his reward would be locked for 30 days.
In addition, note that we are working on adding more detailed explanations of the promo code requirements to our site and newsletters in order to minimize the risk of our users accidentally canceling the promo rewards after applying the code.
**Warning
Celpay - deposits do not add to the net deposits, also if you send to someone who then withdraws on the blockchain there net deposits will be negative. It's recommended not to use Celpay send or receive when a promo is active.
**Loans
if you take a loan out when you have a promo code active it may cancel the promo code. Take the loan before you apply the code if at all possible.
