Dear Shrub community,

I would like to make a little announcement just for the newcomers to Shrub and for those whom have been asking about the story and origins of Shrub the hedgehog.

So Elon's partner and the mother of his 3 children, Shivon Zilis, posted a posted a picture of Shrub the hedgehog just over 4 months ago. She is also the director of one of Elon's companies - Neuralink.

No one really took attention of it until Elon tweeted that Shrub was in fact his pet hedgehog on the 3rd of November. Sparking an online frenzy.

Since that day the growth of the community has been insane and we've been trending and grossing insane volume ever since.

Zhu Su also caught wind of it and confirmed that Shrub is in fact the next Floki.

It appears that Shrub is more than simply just Elon's pet hedgehog as he has been leaving easter eggs and clues behind in multiple places to suggest this.

• He showcased Shrub at a drone show at the opening of one of his Tesla factories
• Shrub has been a featured mascot on the Tesla website itself
• A hidden 'Shrub' has been spotted at the SpaceX HQ as well

Clearly Elon has created an element of mystery surrounding this small adorable creature and clearly she is very much loved by Elon and the community as a whole as well.

Last cycle it was all about Floki, his pet dog which reached a market cap of $3.5bn following a tweet from Elon with a picture of him saying 'Meet Floki' which propelled it from $700m to $3.5bn in just 24 hours way before the Binance listing came in to play.

I believe Elon will continue to play upon the Shrub narrative to the community. He has been tweeting about it on a somewhat regular basis and the key will be to get involved before Elon inevitably drops the photo saying 'Meet Shrub, the new CEO of Tesla/SpaceX' (could well be the representative for one or both companies).

This cycle - I expect us to do much higher numbers than we did with Floki in 2021. This team is not playing and we have big announcements on the horizon.

You've probably noticed Binance taking towards a trend of listing the communities favourite meme coins and this is something we love to see. Especially taking the opportunity to list them early.

We believe that Shrub is one hell of a gem and we intend to run this movement like any other blue chip organisation. We've had some extremely bright minds come together on this - and we truly believe the sky is the limit for Shrub in terms of advancing crypto adoption.
