Due to an increased need in high-performance, truly decentralized, secure Layer 2 (L2) solutions on the Ethereum network, we have decided to build SnowChain. SnowChain's name comes from Edward Snowden (@Snowden), a big advocate of anonymity, privacy and decentralization. This is our means of paying tributes to all his sacrifices and efforts for freedom.
$SCHAIN is the native crypto token of the SnowChain L2 network which plays a crucial role in our success as it will facilitate transactions, incentivize participation in our network, and empowers users to interact with SnowChain in a more dynamic and engaging manner, as well as enabling us to provide further sustainability utilities, such as staking.
