Alright so sfw out of the way first I used the tiger balm on my muscles and it feels great, I recommend

Now as for the nsfw part I applied it to where was instructed, right below and behind the balls and I have to say oh my god this works pretty good, at first it just felt like kinda hot and I was like eh but now after some time I’m so hard it hurts, it’s so warm and it’s really getting in there and it’s just a nice boost I suppose but I feel like I could cum multiple times rn, it’s not phenomenal but it feels so nice

Update, I recommend it for both reasons. Tiger balm is the bomb.
