Yknow now that it's been a bit I've noticed my mental internal monologue has like actually come back, idk if it was the lexapro causing it but christ the last time I remember being able to clearly talk to myself in my head has been a while, atleast to this extent, maybe like 2022/23? I think thats when I switched to the lexapro too curious.
