If I never got a therapist or never learned that my personal failures were because of ADHD and a personal failure and my fault, I probably would've ended up killing myself by now. I would've never came out, I would've never got officially diagnosed with depression, my parents would've continued to find my failures my fault and I would blame myself for it. I'm very glad that I understand myself much better than I did, and while I'm still depressed I'm doing much better than I was doing then that's for sure.
