NEW: Union Pacific officials said they are investigating a train derailment southwest of Kennard, Nebraska.
According to Union Pacific, the incident happened Sunday morning around 3 a.m.
The company's spokesperson said there were no injuries and no releases of contents. The cause of the derailment is under investigation.

They have NOT been. As 11 Executive Orders with 11 National Emergencies have ALL been extended 3 years in a row, past the 2 year clause of NEs.
