Richard Pilger, was Director of the Elections Crimes Branch at the DOJ was told directly by DIRTY VARMINT Jack Smith to set up a meeting with Lerner to expedite coordination between the IRS and DOJ to punish conservative groups. In other words to single out and punish JUST CONSERVATIVES. He should resign!
