Busy week at the Supreme Court, with four oral arguments scheduled between today and Wednesday. Today the court will hear arguments in case “Percoco v U.S.” which deals with the issue on whether a private citizen, not occupying a public office, who is influential over governmental decisions, has a fiduciary duty to the general public.
