In asthma exacerbation of high severity:

1. Trachea deviaved
2. Diaphragm elevated
3. Small right lung ( collapse)

Upper lobe Bronchectasis. (Localized)

In patient taking warfarin and HIGH INR

✅ If you stop the drug alone = INR will be normal after 5 to 14 days ( Depends on thr INR)

✅✅ If You give ViTamin K = INR will returin to normal in 6 to 24 hours

✅✅✅ If you give FFP= typically 12 to 32 hours for complete reversal ( النقل يتاخر بهذه الطريقة ولهذا يتاخر INR)

✅✅✅✅ IF you give 4fPCC= INR reversed after 15 mins ( infusin time 10 min to 1 hour.).
