People who say Zuko’s redemption only happened because of Iroh honestly missed the whole point. The show makes it clear Zuko ALWAYS had good in him, which is exactly why Iroh believed he could change. Iroh didn’t magically fix him, he just guided him. The choice was always Zuko’s. Avatar: The Last Airbender shows this from day one. Saying otherwise just downplays how good his arc actually is.
