Made some flatbread this morning after a run & exercise with Kraden! :>
Super easy to make too!
Just mix up;
•Regular flour 1/3 (I used around a half cup-ish today)
•Self-raising flour 2/3
•An egg
•a pinch or 3 of salt (I used Chicken salt for extra flavour texture)
•A shake of Garlic Powder, sesame & poppy seeds
•add splashes of cold water enough just to have that very dryly mix combine whilst mixing up
— Flour a clean benchtop & knead that over a bit until lightly 'springy' when pulled apart
— Tear off small 'fit into your palm' balls from that & rolling pin those out on the floured surface (lightly flour your rolling pin too so it doesn't stick to that either! I find turning it over once so both sides get floured even is best!)
— Sprinkle a few more sesame or poppy seeds onto one side before completing flattening those (only want them about 5mm thick)
— Then either lightly oil a small flat pan, or butter both sides; cook on a medium high heat until golden-brown, turn over & repeat
Then done!

Someone recently asked me what Manga/Comics I consider among my favourites; which got me thinking, then typing (And thought I might share!)
#Reccomendation #Reccomendations
•Trigun will always have a special place in my heart I think; fun SciFi gun-action that swings pretty great between silly fun, somewhat heavy & ridiculously stylish!
•SUPER Adore Blacksad too; an outstanding example of published Anthromorphic Fiction, as it is a beautiful weave of great story-telling & shear technical beauty in traditional rendering.
Every inch charming!
•Scott Pilgrim (the Manga over the movie) was fun & a MUCH better way to experience that!
•Scud (the disposable assassin) is VERY fun and stylish~!
Inspires to draw edegy cool action designs something fierce!
•Age of Reptiles is a SUPER interesting dialogue-less slice into Dinosaur lives!
The Authors attention to detail delights the 5yr-to-present Dino enthusiastic in me!
• Fishigi Yûgi & Chrono Crusader were nice classic Shoujo stories also!
• ADORE so much of all the content Kitfox Crimson on DeviantART makes too!
•Dream Keepers is great!
•Lackadaisy is also pretty Stella!
•Gold Digger is fun!
•The My Little Pony Friendship is Magic comics are surprisingly good too actually also!
And probs LOTS more too; but that's a quick short-list! 📚 :3
