Re-discovered this 'almost 12 hour' gently progressive/looping 'concentration' track and Ffffff I forgot JUST how much it helps me (specifically) to have on in the background and really FOCUS for much longer/better stretches also!

.. Wasn't anticipating finding two injured fledglings on our backyard doorstep this evening & driving out to dropping them off to a wildlife vet @ 1:30am tonight ~
