Re-discovered this 'almost 12 hour' gently progressive/looping 'concentration' track and Ffffff I forgot JUST how much it helps me (specifically) to have on in the background and really FOCUS for much longer/better stretches also!
Might not work the same magic for everyone/may even wane for me with too much over use too¿?
