^_^ ON again tomorrow (/later today technically) to finish up the last Scribbles, take more again for peeps and host the final YCH Dipped Glass-Char piece!
Today's character feature is the little known Inifi'Raffe (Giraffe with a neck 'as long as is required' for a given gag/image!)
First drew this cutie back in 2009 as a small at-the-con-table-created poster to advertise a bunch of collars I had for sale from that (second pic) and then they became my mascot-character for collar advertisement/celebration and a more polished poster was made for the 2011 MidFur Event.
Friend of mine, Miss K, liked the character so much I featured them on a Holiday card for them back in '09 also❤️
-Only other time they they have been drawn is in 2017 when covering Giraffes in the 'Anthro Pride' series that I squirrel-away at adding more species to now and again over the years (predominantly for making stickers/bookmarks/pins and other table-stock from ♥️)

So hunting back through some old arts/scraps (for the Characters-Introductions thingie I'm in the midst of still) came across [this old chestnut] swiped, filled and posted back in 2016.
Passing past it again filled me with an urge to re-fill that new for the current state-of things and sing the ultimate praises of one of the kindest random folks I know; Ben Kawolt
(for flat-out gifting me a Cintique 13HD) whut. the hull ❤️
That honestly changed up so much of how I am able and much more easily able to subsist of being a freelancing Illustrator entirely.
Literally, life-changing~ 💕
Thank you again d00d from the absolute BOTTOM of my heart forever~!! ❤️
(Still totally owe you a feature in a short 'art creation & inspiration be the BEST YO!' comic to celebrate your shear random kindness too!) XS

Not a great deal of lore to them, believe when I first drew them in 2015, that was as an A5 Sketchbook cover piece
Those always felt significant, as a kind of 'skill update example for the on-coming year or book to be filled'
They only surfaced once more in a small way as part of a bunch of scribbles bought by Bond2602! ^_^

Today we meet another more conceptual character 'made real': my Saber Lynx Muse
(No particular reason why they were ascribed any gender in the first place; but they have always carried a more fem' tilt in my minds'eye) Given that their visage is only an embodiment of what they represent; which is 'the inspiration and focus one feels for creativity or work at 3am'
If that drive at that time were to have a a presence, that is that/they would look and 'feel' like I think~
I do not draw them very often, only surfacing again;
•For a small visual accompaniment for an event I hosted for anyone whom lived local enough and was keen to come join an adventure out to go buy crafting faux-fur en-mass from a store I lived not far from during 2012 (seemed fitting for an entity concerned with creativity!)
•Then again (loosely) as a sketch-book-drawn display example of Table-Commission tiers in 2015
..If I ever try my hand at Fursuit-crafting also; this is likely the character I might attempt to make make also :>
