Homemade Ramen will always been a comfort food of mine I think ~
The base for this is (Nissin) Kyushu Black
And added on top (for prosperity!) is;
- Assorted Dried mushrooms (mix is Suitable, Woodear, Oyster & ... whatever else is in that!)
- eggs boiled in the same pot/water
- a fried hashbrown & some Halloumi slices
- Frozen peans & corn
- & Garnished with Kewpi & Pickled Ginger 💕
Honestly an outstanding way to turn a quick home meal a a notch or two! 🥰🍜
