And just wanted to encourage anyone else whom might also be as needle/medical phobic as I am; you got dis!
If you need to get any check-ups, small jabs or light day surgeries/etc done to help yourself have a better time down the track or improve life today - ABSOLUTELY DO that!

I've had all 4 Covid & Booster jabs & still working out a few other issues yet & no amount of micro panic should put us off looking after ourselves as best we can!
