Today we are meeting a rather (happy) accidental creation that I really can't leave out of the ranks; No Friends Long-Arms Norman (the.. 'scribbly' I guess)
-The little purple-scribbly in the bottom left of the first pic here
He first appeared as a space-filling scribblet among some marker and expression practice back in 2013, then again in another warm-up scribbles in 2015
And from there managed to find his way into the hearts of a few friends/fans of my work enough that they would ask about him :S
As the joke went along, he ended up gaining a few 'fans' (..but still no friends. I mean.. that's half of his whole shtick, right?) so as an extra cookie for those whom liked him; he ended up in one of my convention Table-posters later down the track to XS
(I believe I made a few Pin-Badges of him to give unto the few peeps whom were NFLAN Fans. Have one on myself half-hidden under a flap on my badges-con-bag even.. right where it should be XS)

Someone a little more arty-today; Tribal Dog (a random Canid drawn but once)
This lassie appeared in 2010as a result of idle sketching when on the phone with Kraden regarding some ActFur editing
I haven't drawn them since, nor developed anymore as to a name beyond the factory-direct title she came with; but retain a strong sense of 'the piece she appeared in was somewhat of a milestone for me' at the time (as well as spiked my interest in the simplicity yet lovely organic-feel of pencil-sketching too)
I should like to revisit something featuring her one day for a kind of 'now then and now'
*There was even a client whom desired a larger poster-grade print of this around the time, and a younger me was a little abashed when procuring that from the print-firm that I got that made up with 😅

Musci (the 'sound wave/noise/music elemental')
They first appeared as a compilation mix CD-cover design in 2003, then finally saw what is the closest thing to a reference sheet in 2013
Musci, pronounced 'Moos-ski', (anagram of music) in my mind stands about 100cm tall (in they're 'default low background noise' form) but changes very fluidly and frequently depending on the types of sound that is around. (will appear smoother, longer and more elegant for Classical music, Punkier and younger for pop and punk-rock, edgier/spikier/colourful with Candy-core, stronger and bulkier for heavy metal, well dressed, fun and spunkier with electro-swing/etc)
•Made up of my two favourite colours through time; Lime Green and Warm Purple!
•They also likes carrots (enjoys the tickle of the crispy-sound they make when broken, bitten and crunched)
•Adore all kinds of music and the way it shapes them.
They're more 'present' when there is music over just sounds in general; but sounds also can influence their visage 💜🐱💚 :)
