Reminder to everyone out there, just home from a convention or otherwise to take a moment each day & each week to get in that good Vitamin D (and load up on Iron, Vit' C & assorted necessary Vit' Bs too!) & drink plenty of water!

-especially- if you are busy and let that slide too often (like I do too)

Have now medicated that with stronger stuff (that I hold off using too often; because it's not good for prolonged regular use) and will been keeping an eye on how this tracks over the next week or two
