My Anthro Snek girly; Woof!
She has much less of a back-story beyond 'snakes don't have limbs, so it makes sense anthro-snake wouldn't either too?' XS
That first image is the closest thing to a reference she has ever gotten, and the second is the first pic ever drawn of her (from waaay back in the Side7 days!)
She's fun to draw sometimes!
She's also mute too ๐
Also often has her upper-torso 'vestigial shoulder-ish-nubs' questioned a lot; to which my thoughts on that remain 'well snakes still have a 'torso' so that part would carry on over to a more 'humanoid' silhouette; just no limbs beyond.

Another small-time character; TwoTone (another Calico Cat)
(I'm struck with how little I draw this bean of mine, despite how I still consider them apart of my cast)
Their design is based entirely off a small beanie-plush I won once upon a Aicon (a Tasmania Anime Event, forget which year it was exactly) and exist mostly as a small con-tabling plush prop more than anything.
and I can't even find him easily around the house to take snaps of either rn, sadly
About the most note-worthy appearance he's made was a character mash-up fusion with Stainless back in 2016 to create Toneless (another amalgam character I consider separate from the two of them individually and actually quite like the design of in their own right) โค๏ธ

Which brings us today to Stainless!
(a 'pink husky' chassis-clad Pleasure Droid)
Above is her first-created scrap reference sheet; and her latest updated sheet ๐
There's quite a bit more lore to this character than I've ever posted all in one place; so shall piece together what I can
She was first conceptualized back in 2010, as a complimentary half-joke character to Kitfox's character Steele ..her name-sake is pretty indicative of this in fact, (on top of being hilarious (to me anyways) considering the nature of what she is)
But as time went on and I developed her further, grew to actually quite like her enough to consider her one of the more core-cast (and she is probably the 2nd-most drawn character after Carni among those ranks I think)

Stainless, being a Self-aware and self maintaining love droid, in no way resents what she is, but in fact quite appreciates that aspect towards serving her primary function in life; to make people happy

Which, beyond the more obviously implied sense of bodily gratification, she has grown to interpret far more liberally.
So be that through sexual engagement, social expression, or even small acts of appropriate random kindness; she strives to do her best in uplifting and improving the lives and well-being of as many/all the 'organics' as she can. (with a protocol of people first > then animals > then plants)
She tends to drift from user to user, or maintain a number of users at any one time, as well as maintains a loose anonymous presence online in engaging with others doing what she can towards improving the happiness and stability of organics (as far along as she has some; she now gently encourages organics towards stable harmonious conduct with other organics to a point she feels she is 'no longer needed')
As far as the kind of engagement she will share with others; she on a tilt to support and repair others hearts and minds (only to aware that her 100% synthetic body can endure much more duress than most organic life can, so contact with more dangerously-inclined tendancies of some users she prefers expressed in a way that can't really 'hurt' her, that she can then hopefully go on to curb and rehabilitate within that individual.)
She, herself can adopt and display many formats of personality (defaulting to a slightly more fun-loving, upbeat, pinch clumsy/simple format as that is statisically the most disarming and endearing to broadest set of folks encountered thus far)
As well as change and adapt her body quite significantly also including;
โข Pelt, Eye colour shifting
โข Vocal Pitch range control
โข Bust, height and hip adjustment control
โข Direction and global 'body' tempreture control and vibration
..Among other smaller features
She's also an entirely self-maitaining bean (and later along in her more self-aware existance, has seen up upgrading her own software and hardware overtime to keep up technologically as time progresses.
She is gently discrete about exactly what she is where she feel it might be a matter of impeding her from the primary function she is guided by, but will be transparent with what she is unto those found to be trustwrothy enough not to exploit her.
..she's also HEAVY as fck! X'3
Roughly similar to that of a motor-bike (some 200'+ odd KGs, depending on how full some of the fuel and fluid reserves are) though she comes in at around roughly 6'2 in height (this is shiftable too of course, But typically defauts around that.)

Origin:
A product of smaller private and experimental sub-wing of a much larger company body (CrushTech); she was designed with all the latest features of the time, but most notable and uniquely programmed with an incredibly advanced and intuitive 'Learning' core-processor (way above what is really necessary for what the over-arching companies typical 'bit of fun that is aesthetically pleasing' products)
Pretty much an incredibly expensive to design and prototype 'passion project' of an individual or small team working on the model in secret. (quite possible urged forth to do so by someone higher up in the companies' own personal gain; unbeknown's to just how much that was a quiet resource-embezzling endeavour)
What might have been a 'something new coming soon' quietly disappearing due to the exorbitant cost in parts and development alone; let alone at all viable as a main-stream viable production item.
Not much is known about the specifics of the models development (*and eventual proto-typing; which potentially even fewer know about) & of those few involved at all with the project-sinking financial blackhole of a venture; they were probably more than happy to omit any involvement and let that dissolve into mystery when the project was closed, the lab trashed and liquidated.

Initially, she (technically non-gendered, but at the stage the AI within is at she ascribes female pronouns to herself) was a rather simple entity; serving a primary 'user' to whatever ends they might see fit
But as time went along, any and all interaction with others and the outside world mould and grow her further and further to better serve her primary function; make people happy
So with the passage of time and the ability to out-live any and all organic lives; she is constantly updating and developing herself to better serve that function.
Now adrift in the world she has, and continues to, learn as much as she can about the denizens of planet Earth towards improving the lives of all Organics she comes into contact with. ๐
