Off the top of my head;

•Meg replaced with the protagonist good/bad dichotomy in the whole 'Im not in love <with being evil/these monsters>'

—Could potentially start out as more 'coming to terms with caring about the denizens of the underground ~ but then slowly slides evil tilted as the remix progresses; a kinda of 'playing the game to its completion to fully 'honour' its whole creation' obsession that overtakes the wholesome beginning

Or

•Sans replacing Meg as the singer and struggling with this own sense of '..am I the bad guy too?' (by way of coming to enjoy punishing chara*?) And the ballad of only doing such things for the greatest good n love of others/innocents

Or

•Some janky $2 hack together that sounds interesting could be fun too? X3
