Something a bit different for today!
Game I enjoy reccomendation!

If you like Strategy, a Zombie-survival horror lean to a retro-feeling dank/muted palettes isometric 'tower defense'-ish game .. (a mouthful I know)

Have a peek at They are Billions 🏘🧟🔫

When sht starts to go wrong; it tends to get VERY out of hand VERY fast (as begets a Zombie-survival style game)

and it can be.

HARD. (which I quite like though!)

I wouldn't call the overall bulk of the game hard; but you can ramp up the difficulties to near-impossible if you feel your up to it, feel like a GODD for besting those!


Also enjoyed the cathartic journey the Campaign provided too :>

Though will give the head'sup that the campaign is NOT for learning the game (like. at all) best to watch a few intro vids' and/or play general survival missions!

..and on easy to start with
there is 0 shame in needing that to learn the mechanics

This mix of mellow and melancholy has been a bit of a mood & my backing track whilst at the computer a lot in recent weeks whilst a bunch of stuff is going down for me behind the scenes

I find it altogether sad yet gentle on the senses and very apt for my headspace a lot of the time rn~

Sharing if this might at all be of a similar 'Isolation Blues' interesting to anyone (and also sorry/your welcome depending how you find it)

🍀 Characters Introductions! 🍀

So anyone familiar with my work already may already quite a few of the faces from my personal roster; but no time like the present to re-highlight on some of my personal babs! 🌸
(will be show-casing these over the next few days channel uploads)


First up
My main Character, Personal Fur'sona & Brand-name Motif for the most part: Carnival (or simply 'Carni')

Carni has been with me from what I would call the very start of my wonderful journey into wide world of a deeper Anthropomorphic Fascination.

First prompted to create myself a Fursona back in.. 2000 I think it was? (or just before perhaps) by an amazing friend of mine still to this Day, Cassandra, by way of us re-uniting back up more solidly in the same high-school together and rekindling friendship that had started out as very young kids in Primary-school prior.

(After-all, if you were going to like and draw 'furries' it was a must to have a character that represented onces'self you see ❤️)

So (after a somewhat hiccupped attempted at creating a First Fursona; a buff male tiger creatively named 'Tigura' .. that's another story though, and next time perhaps!) a Crocodile / Panther Hybrid design was created.

(..for whom can choose between ones favourite animal or a love for feline ears on characters?)

And from there we both wrote down all the cute, punky-, catchy, and fun names for them we could; Klixx and other such thing among them from which Carnival was decided to be the best to suit the character and serve as an online sign-name.

She has remained, to this day, as my main with relatively little change to their design, save some nips of garish tattoos I did not myself have in the very early stages, to other small updates along the way that reflect both changed within myself (hair became shorter and styled to my own as I up-took this in real life) and my outlook in ways too.

The 'black' under the back half at the back is in fact a nod to a character from a manga I greatly admire and felt very pivotal an influence to me as a younger artist: Trigun

Carni will likely be very precious to me for as long as I have a love for art and creativity, and even has a few different forms they takes on occasion too;
• Jelly/Jello form
• Were-Lion form (static beastier form reference)
• and (more dedicatedly, and Multi-arm too, Masc these days) / Gender-Bent also (though I don't observe a strict sense of gender myself either presently; more fluid in that sense nowadays)

Shall leave a few of the choice highlights in art of her that I can drawn over the many years to follow!
(Including the very first image drawn of her and the odd old horror too! ❤️)
