Trauma & oppression block the free flow of our life force
We're focused on what liberates it, and the resilience & creativity that bursts through!
This notion of a life force or life energy is ancient.  Ancient Egyptians knew about this ascending and animating force, 7,000 years B.C.E.  It's the free flow and movement of this life force that trauma truncates.  

This will be a time of learning and connecting, experimenting and experiencing, and interacting and playing together.  We'll make closed captioning available, and our offering is guided by a trauma-informed lens that cherishes individual agency and collective container holding.

If you'd like to consider making these sessions a part of your learning library and/or you'd like to donate to the labor that has gone into the creation of this event, this is where you can purchase the collection.
The festival collection that includes all presentation and practice sessions from the conference.
We've structured the purchase of the Tending the Roots collection "by donation", in order to support accessibility.
Our commitment: Earnings from donations will go to support the organization of the event, the time, labor and energy of our hosts and presenters, and a percentage of earnings will also go to support two organizations (Soul Fire Farm and LandBack.org) working towards Indigenous sovereignty and Black liberation.

I requested free access to the village portal, said I could come up with something if necessary, lowest tier pls.

Was offered 15/mo fir 3 months, accepted, managed to pay for, now expiring.

In 3 months time I accessed very little.
I also had to report my need level in some form to request access.


Tending the roots is a great collection tho and if all successfulish orgs would free access to needed meds we just generally need that hyper-access. Meds including somatics videos for example.

One part way step is allowing family plans to be unrestricted like cell ph companies were forced to. Pod tech. Music apps - ads are evil I will not tolerate, so I pay dem.

Banking privilege can be shared a bit in this way too- Adopt a crip. Netflix Spotify YouTube ???

So I am willing to share access and help ppl less close to me set stuff up. Share the tending roots conference archive.

We need open access. We’ll know when we arrive because they will either have it right or will come to us and build together.
