Thank you to everyone who came out and voted today. You gave us a TON of data to look at. This screenshot shows the CBCI network that showed up on phones in voting precincts only after ballots were scanned into the tabulators. After it popped up, it was only there for a minute and then it would disappear...sure enough when another ballot was scanned, it popped back up. This happened in at least Beaver, Allegheny, and Centre counties. They all have ES&S machines. We're not sure exactly what this means yet, but we will be working very hard this week to figure it out. Stay tuned...
