Shakti Pumps (India) Limited has been empaneled by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for the supply of 25,000 standalone off-grid DC solar photovoltaic water pumping systems.

The project is part of the "Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Scheme" for implementation across Maharashtra.

The total value of the contract is approximately ₹754.30 crores (inclusive of GST).

The execution timeline for the project is set at 60 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) or work order.
