Kinda weird… but these are my thoughts on this White House video that’s floating around.

Being that all The rooms are not a direct walk in from each other, meaning you need to do all kinds of twists and turns to get to the next room, this appears to be caused by an outside influence.

You can see there is a considerable amount of snow, & the flashes are pretty much the same pattern, so my conclusion is the windows were picking up an emergency vehicle or a snow plow driving by.

Just my opinion.
