Everybody hating on Catherine Cumming MP right now, take a breath.

Her explanation for voting to delay the legislation is simple:

ADEM SOMYUREK WAS NOT IN THE CHAMBER.

If the vote on the legislation had been held it would have passed because Adem (for whatever reason) wasn't there. THAT is why she opted to delay the vote.

Catherine has made it clear she will NOT be voting for this legislation. The delay was not to give the government time to offer her a deal, it was because if it had gone to a vote today it would have passed.

Simple.

Everyone calm down, lets not make enemies out of our friends.

Brian has sujested that everyone from any state down load the full charges document from the site below and send them off to all Australian MPs state and federal, demanding they table the charges in parliment and then resign.
