Salary Models = NBA (NEVER BROKE AGAIN)
If you're running blackhat/agency dependent methods, STOP working with % models. There is literally no point, you can easily 2x your revenue just by positioning your agency better.
WORST CASE you run one salary model @ 1K per month. Even if you only do 10K per month on the account NET (extremely easy in this market if you have a brain), you will still NET 9K per month. That is over 3x the normal 9-5 wage in the US for MINIMAL work.

Personally i think you're losing out on alot of money by running paid across all traffic sources
The barrier to entry puts off alot of subs even if they have money

NEVER OVERLEVERAGE YOURSELF
Whether it's a traffic method or your net worth, you never want to put yourself in a position where you can go to 0 the next day.
I know some individuals in this space that have full ported crypto or hold their whole net worth in stablecoins, yet when I ask them what their reasoning is for the full port, they can't give me a reasonable thesis.
The same goes for traffic in OFM. I know many individuals who only funneled traffic through Reddit at scale. Now they're no longer in the game simply because Reddit is 1000x more difficult to run at scale compared to last year.
The same also goes for models. I've seen individuals only running 1 model doing 100-150k per month (seems like they're doing good, right?), but the next day they wake up to an influencer agency stealing the only model they're managing. Just like that, they went from 75k MRR PROFIT all the way to 0 in the matter of a day.
In saying this, all the profits I make from OFM go straight into Gold, S&P 500, BTC, and Real Estate will be coming soon. I'm simply not in this game to "get rich quick." I want an empire of assets under my name by the time I'm 30. Simple.

Now, I'm not saying to hire any random person who claims to have "experience" (this is an extremely bad idea). Instead, start working on methods you believe have potential, from there hire/train accordingly.
OFM is an online business, you need to take advantage of that. Personally, I believe in hiring individuals who have no prior concept of what "OFM" is. Most VAs outside the OFM space are more than happy to work 50+ hours a week for $400 a month.
If the backend of your agency is established and always ready for incoming traffic (24/7 chatting), then you should be doing everything possible to scale your traffic ASAP.
