this is great news for OF agencies, the more normal users that are getting affected, the better
normal users, and better yet, complete SFW businesses are getting banned daily at this point for no reason

reddit bans at an all time high, instagram bans at an all time high
i've been in this industry for over 3 years now and have seen these events that shake up agencies many times now, each one of these events atleast 30% of agencies get wiped out and end up quitting
my one piece of advice would be as follows, ride the wave and come out on the other end
usually agencies end up quitting when they see things are too hard, and then just 2-3 months later the platforms cool down on the bans and they try starting again from 0
again this has happened multiple times in my etirety of OFM, September 2024 i got off a flight just to find out over 300+ of our reddit accounts got wiped, if you were around in 2024 and were heavy on reddit you would remember this, many of the agencies primarily marketing on reddit had to start all over again from 0

a lot of agencies are caught up in the "USA" audience buzz
by all means a USA audience is ideal, but zooming out is a must... out of all the agencies you've spoken to, how many of these agencies are chasing the same "USA" audience? most likely nearly all of them
the truth is i know many agencies with much more impressive results targeting "Australia" "Germany" "France", or agencies that are smart enough to leverage as many audiences as possible
don't get caught up in the "USA" audience craze, in reality everyone in the US has been getting pushed these OnlyFans funnels for years, there are other audiences that OF isn't getting pushed down their throats on the FYP, these subscribers tend to be more valuable

it amazes me that agencies are still spamming this slop on Instagram, in 95% of the cases it’s not profitable nor worth running
any AI content generations should be taken extremely seriously with well trained VAs
better yet 99% of these profiles have no intent to curate the content around their ICP… AI slop + no ICP = no money
one page we’ve been focusing on building up is EXTREMELY niched, niched beyond your imagination and has 0 users commenting that our model is “AI”, none of them can detect it at all, including myself at some points…, that’s what you should aim for when building your AI pages

one of the biggest issues i see currently is agencies just following the usual random instagram trends hoping for a video to go viral in hope that it will funnel a bunch of humans into their OnlyFans funnel and make them RICH!
although all you're doing is getting caught into the view trap... that trap in your mind where you think views = money
you should treat short form content (instagram/tiktok) just like you would treat reddit, if anyone has run reddit in the past you would know the extremely niched "small" subreddits are the ones that actually print you cash
why?
these users are in these subreddits with HIGH intent, looking for an extremely niched fetish that the "average" girl can't fulfill
the better you can fulfill your ICPs "fetish" or "fantasy" or "dream" ect, the more inclined they are to support your creator
before curating any reel, you should ask yourself "does this target my ICP?"
