meta are well aware of this issue by now, i predict they will refine the AI even further as they're even getting hit with lawsuits left right and centre for unlawfully banning NORMAL users accounts, completely ruining their NORMAL businesses

the agency business model should always be based on high margin cash flow, especially in an industry its hard to exit out of
i've met many agencies in this space, and majority of them are doing GREAT numbers! the issue is when i dive deeper they're actually making near to nothing after all expenses/overhead
let me give you an example 👇
300k GROSS REVENUE INFLOWW DASH
the numbers at first hand look great, but let's break down the running costs
1. 50% to the models
2. 20% chatting agency
3. $3000 infloww bill
4. 20% OF Fee
5 50% to your business partner
6. $10,000 on marketing expenses
7. $5,000 employee overhead
after all expenses each business partner is left with roughly $27,000 (before tax) (before living expenses)
when anyone is blindly flexing an infloww dash, just understand the economics behind this business

one of our many salary creators with a great day
at first glance this would be pretty average, but once you understand that this is a salary creator (65%+ margins), then it becomes impressive
to make the same as i made today (only on 1 of our creators) with a % creator, you'd need to of done a $7k net day, even more if you have a chatting agency/high marketing spend

the amount of AI slop on Instagram currently is beyond me, by all means we're heavy on the AI front, but your AI content needs to be of QUALITY... these 2 videos above, as an example, even if a miracle occurred and one of these reels ran to 1m views, even with the best funnel on earth you're talking about MAXIMUM 100 free subscribers, now out of those 100 free subscribers how many are spending? maybe if you're lucky 1 is opening your first $12 bundle...
if you're posting these types of verticals on Instagram i'd personally take a step back, understand what's ACTUALLY converting on Instagram with AI content, and then understand how to create that quality content without it looking obviously AI

as you all know chatting is 90% of overall rev (in some cases 100%)
and to add onto that whale revenue is mostly 50-60%+ of your overall revenue once you break it down
for me personally we have our own in-house chatting team with many QAs assisting them/constantly training, i would highly suggest you all leverage as much chatting data as possible
a lot of whales go dormant for a few weeks/months and some chatters dont even reach out with personalized messages trying to get them back
if you think about it from an outside perspective (outside of the OFM space), lets say gambling companies, once they have a whale gambler in they treat them like kings, free gambling credits/anything they really want just so they stay on the platform and keep gambling their lives away, the same approach should be used in this industry
